ilke Homes is a modular housing company helping to tackle the UK’s growing housing shortage by manufacturing and delivering high-quality, energy-efficient homes in half the time of traditional methods. We work closely with housing associations, local authorities, institutional investors and developers across the UK to deliver housing for a mix of tenures. Ilke Homes are the first in the UK to develop and manufacture a mainstream zero-carbon home and thanks to a world-first partnership with Octopus Energy, we have also delivered homes that guarantee residents zero energy bills. Our ‘turnkey’ offering means we are able to take care of the whole development process on behalf of customers, from gaining planning permission and securing financing, to developing a site and installing the homes.
