The OSHA MMC Framework

The OSHA National MMC Framework for volumetric (CAT 1) and panelised (CAT 2) Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), has been developed and set up over a period of 2 years, to specifically support Housing Associations (RP’s) and Local Authorities (LA’s) to deliver off-site homes, with the objective of developing 10,000+ homes per year through the increased use of MMC technologies.

As a registered OSHA Partner, you can login to the OSHA MMC Framework using the OSHA Login menu above.

The OSHA MMC Framework, where all procurement interactions take place, also includes a specialist team of MMC experts across many disciplines, directed by the OSHA Project Management Office (PMO). The OSHA PMO is managed by specialist construction consultants Cast Consultancy and supporting project management partners CPC, to provide MMC operational support services to OSHA members.

The OSHA MMC Framework is administrated by the contracting authority Great Places Housing Group on behalf of OSHA, with 12 successful supply partners in both CAT 1 & CAT 2 technologies, supplying homes to the plethora of OSHA Clients (listed in About OSHA – Stakeholders). All OSHA operations are coordinated and managed by the OSHA Project Director, who acts as a facilitator between the OSHA Framework, the PMO, the supply chain partners and OSHA client partners.

The organisations delivering the project management support services and the MMC technologies to the clients of OSHA can be accessed here.
