The UK’s built environment sector has a hot and cold relationship with MMC. Challenges around practicality, cost, scalability and quality persist, yet offsite construction remains a key pillar within national delivery policy. This session coalesces voices from different areas of the debate in the hope of giving clarity and direction going forward.
